A day in the life of Chris Tomlinson.

The Athlete

8.30 Wake up. Eat large bowl of cereal 2 x 21g glasses of water to keep hydrated. Suppliments of Cod Liver oil and 1/2 Tea spoon Creatine.

9.30 Cycle to my local track at Parliment Hill to train.

11.30-1 Back home. Catch up on emails, post and business (the boring stuff!)

Lunchtime My wife and I try to have lunch together.

3-4 I try to have a sleep to refresh the body and prepare for my evening training session.

4.30-8 Evening Session with my coach.

Evening Relax, maybe watch a DVD and have dinner.

11.30 Sleep!
